Developing strategies for the team's marketing activities and formulating plans to efficiently and effectively implement those strategies within the top management's interests , and CBE regulations in order to maximize the bank’s shareholders ' return on their investment
Solicits new business relationships whether through existing clients , the market and other banks (syndication )
Responds to clients' requests , needs inquiries and complaints
Derives cross selling of financial products and services
Reviews and improves on all formal presentations and feasibility studies for clients , senior management and credit proposals which are prepared by the corporate officer
Checks documents to ensure compliance
Detect potential client problems and formulates action plan to regularize them
Create potential client database
Provides on the job training and guidance for team members ,through continuous advices , motivations and recommendation of courses to develop their skills
Enhance relationships with senior management ,fellow officers in different departments within the bank to ensure a smooth workflow of the team s business affairs
Submit a periodic status of clients' utilization , profitability and YTD performance vs. budget to corporate banking head
achieves requested utilization & profitability targets for the team
Attends and observes regular site visits to clients
Computes financial spreads , analyzes the figures and assess preliminary risk level
Prepares all formal presentations including call reports , full credit proposals , packages and feasibility studies
Close monitoring of the utilization of each client' s facilities ,and checking their compliance with agreed upon terms
Maintains and updates client records and general data base
Responds to clients general inquiries , requests and complaints
Attends meetings with clients for signing of documents with the documentation officer to answer any possible client queries
Manages a group of collection / recovery supervisors and develops collections' strategies to minimize bad debt portfolio loss.
Responsible for initial and ongoing training for all subordinate personnel.Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility
Supervises studies made about the customers installments plan.
Responsible for determining the reasons behind customers' late obligations.
Participates in credit committee as a member to take decisions in presented studies.
Sets meetings with staff to discuss division targets and problems.
Provide directive management of all projects from business request stage at initiation level to complete delivery and benefits tracking.
Translate business requests into business relevant case with proper cost benefit analysis and risk documentation with mitigation.
Develop project plan with detailed dependencies , resources , timline and critical for all milestones from project initiation to final closure and signoff in addition to project RACI model.
Provide effective upward management to both PMO Head and individual project steering committee to provide prompt update on project progress and timely resolution of all obstacles that may impede project progress according to established schedule , budget or scope.
Provide pre- emptive risk management across all project streams for all projects to ensure all projects are delivered according to established scope,,time and within approved budget.
Manage project resources and changes along with project board and steering committee
Provide timely escalation for conflict to eliminate any impact to project delivery schedule or cost / scope.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical and operational feasibility.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope , schedule and costs .
Measure project performance using appropriate systems , tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors .
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Maintain tools and methodologies to track benefits post project closure to ensure fulfillment of project benefits as per established business case.
Develop and circulate project dashboard at predefined period to ensure full update and alignment of project progress amongst all project stakeholders.
Plans and directs marketing efforts of the branch in such a way to achieve profit, growth, and the objectives of the bank within established policies and procedures.
Offer the full range of banking services to both existing and potential customers. Establishes and follows- up objectives and action plans of the branch.
Implements policies and procedures related to responsibility area.
Promotes and maintains relationships with retail customers, target market segments, businessmen, trade organizations, economic entities community leaders and others to effectively sell services of the bank.
Develops new business ideas and carry out plans for business development.
Maintains awareness of different economic conditions, money, and capital markets.
Participates in the overall profits of the branch through setting and attaining market strategies.
Evaluates and reports the progress in meeting planned objectives.
Becomes familiar with other management members to assure good working conditions.
Provides counseling and guidance for subordinates.
Motivates CRO evaluate performance of personnel, recommend salary increases and promotions, provide training and development and participate in the selection of the branch staff.
Implements appropriate controls over all internal and external activities to assure established policies and procedures.
Maintains continued checks on physical properties, equipment and security to ensure proper working conditions and maximum security.
Ensures the correct functioning and implementation of permanent supervision system at the branch.
